Question 1

How much does Drydon cost to run?

Accepted Answer

At its 22.5 W rated power, one unit running for 8 hours per day at an illustrative electricity rate of 20¢/kWh costs about $1.08 over 30 days. Use the calculator with your own rate and planned use. Additional units increase electricity use.

Question 2

Why buy several units?

Accepted Answer

A unit in each separate small space avoids moving one between rooms. Bundles lower the purchase price per unit. Choose the quantity that matches the spaces you actually need to address, then select it at checkout.

Question 3

What does the extraction figure mean?

Accepted Answer

The supplied manufacturer image lists up to 350 mL per day at 86°F and 80% relative humidity. That is a condition-specific supplier claim, not an independently verified everyday result. Collection depends on temperature, humidity, room size, and ventilation.

Question 4

Is the 1,000 mL tank a daily extraction rating?

Accepted Answer

No. 1,000 mL is the tank's holding capacity. It is separate from the manufacturer-listed daily extraction figure.

Question 5

Is Drydon quiet?

Accepted Answer

The manufacturer lists a 36 dB sound level. This is a supplier figure; perceived noise depends on placement, room acoustics, and measurement conditions. The unit contains a fan, so it should not be treated as silent.

Question 6

Where should I use it?

Accepted Answer

The manual specifies small rooms such as studies, walk-in closets, and bathrooms. Use at 59–104°F and above 45% relative humidity. Keep it upright on a dry, stable surface with clear vents and away from excessively wet areas.

Question 7

Will it solve whole-home damp or remove mold?

Accepted Answer

Drydon is intended for small spaces. It collects moisture from the air; it does not repair leaks or clean up existing mold. Large spaces and persistent damp may need equipment sized for the problem, better ventilation, and repairs to the moisture source.

Question 8

What happens when the tank is full?

Accepted Answer

The unit automatically stops and the full-tank indicator flashes. Switch it off, remove and empty the tank, replace the plug, and insert the tank fully before switching on again.

Question 9

What comes with each unit?

Accepted Answer

Each set includes one dehumidifier, one removable water tank, and one power cord/adapter, according to the supplied manual.

Question 10

What is the return policy?

Accepted Answer

The checkout advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact customer support and follow the seller's return and refund policy, including its instructions and eligibility terms.
